Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Sathi – Doctor Booking App, powered by TANMITA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, available via the mobile application and website https://sathihealthcare.com.
1. Nature of Service
Sathi provides a digital doctor appointment booking and queue management service. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this platform.
2. Appointment Cancellation by User
Users may cancel appointments before the scheduled consultation time.
Refund eligibility depends on the doctor or clinic’s cancellation rules.
Any applicable platform or convenience fees may be non-refundable.
3. Appointment Cancellation by Doctor or Clinic
If an appointment is cancelled by the doctor or clinic after successful payment, the user will be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise communicated.
4. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
If payment is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed due to technical issues, the full amount will be refunded automatically or upon request.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway only.
No cash refunds are provided.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in cases such as:
Missed appointments without prior cancellation
Late cancellations beyond the allowed time window
Services already rendered by the doctor
