- We do not employ doctors directly or operate physical medical clinics.
- We do not engage in the sale of medicines, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
3 User Account & Registration
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information (Name, Phone Number, Age) during registration or booking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted through your account.
4 Appointment Booking & Convenience Fees
- Charges processed through Sathi Healthcare represent Convenience / Booking Fees for digital slot reservation and live queue tracking, or Advance OPD Registration Fees on behalf of partner chambers.
- Payment transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways (e.g., PayU).
5 Doctor Availability & Queue Tracking
- Sathi Healthcare displays live OPD queue status and doctor schedules based on real-time data provided by partner clinics and polyclinics.
- While we strive for accuracy, emergency doctor cancellations or schedule shifts are controlled by the respective chambers.
6 Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations and refund requests are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- In cases of doctor or clinic session cancellation, eligible full refunds will be processed back to the original payment source.
7 Limitation of Liability
Sathi Healthcare provides digital platform services only and is not liable for medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments provided by doctors or partner clinics.
Important: Emergency medical situations must be directed immediately to local hospital emergency rooms, not through appointment bookings.
8 Platform Modifications & Termination
Tanmita Consultancy Service reserves the right to modify these terms or suspend access to the platform at any time for compliance or operational reasons.
